Connect the Caribbean Initiative
“The Connect the Caribbean Initiative is the thread that will bind the diverse Caribbean nations together to form a well equipped, strong, capable force to overcome our common social and economic problems. ICT will be the driving force and it will diminish the physical and economic distances between our islands and ultimately allow the Region to take its rightful place among world economies.”
-Dirk Currie, CANTO Chairman.
“CANTO is committed to Connecting the Caribbean and is pleased with the response from members, Government Ministers and other key stakeholders. Our next step is to expand our partners to include agencies in each country who can assist in driving the business and entrepreneurship opportunities presented by the Connect the Caribbean projects.”
-Ms Regenie Fraser, CANTO Secretary General.
